When we opened Red Trolley, we agreed there were four things we’d never put in our food: high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavor, artificial color and trans-fats.

And while we’ve maintained that standard, it hasn’t
always been easy. Our tiny trolley cones have to be shipped in from France. We make all our own marshmallows. And you won’t find us topping cones in rainbow-colored sprinkles.
But while it hasn’t been easy, it has made our treats taste better. We tap backyard neighborhood peach trees and local Concord grape vines for our gelatos. We buy our milk and cream from

Morning Fresh Dairy in Bellvue. And when you need a jolt, we brew Denver-based Novo Coffee and Boulder-based Bhakti Chai. So while our food may be missing a lot of the things you normally find in treats, it’s made up of a lot of things that are even better.
